The Shipment Audit tool allows you to send shipments out for the fulfillment of customer orders.
- Go to Warehouse > Shipment Audit.
- Scan the shipment ID (the barcode at the top of the packslip).
- Scan the pick labels or lot labels for the items to be placed in the current box. As you scan them, a green checkmark will appear next to each corresponding line item under the Shipment Contents pane.
- When all items have been placed in the current box, enter the Weight and press the [Close Box] button.
- If a scale is connected to your terminal, the weight will populate automatically.
- If you need more than one box for all items, repeat steps 3 and 4 until all items have been boxed.
- After the shipping label(s) prints, place the label on the box, close it up, and send it out for fulfillment.

Audit in Bulk Mode
At times, you may need to ship a high volume of an item. A customer may have ordered 50 units of Item A. Normally, you would have to scan the same pick label or lot label 50 separate times to ship all 50 units, which would be a tedious process.
The Bulk mode in the Shipment Audit tool allows you to perform one scan for all units. In the Account Settings in the System Config, set the “Audit bulk mode threshold.” When you send an order with a quantity above the threshold to be packed, the Shipment Audit tool will automatically enter Bulk mode.
- Go to Warehouse > Shipment Audit.
- Scan the shipment ID (the barcode at the top of the packslip).
- Scan the pick labels or lot labels for the items to be placed in the current box. As you scan them, a green checkmark will appear next to each corresponding line item under the Shipment Contents pan
- Note the new Qty column. In Bulk mode, each time you scan a SKU, RO assumes that all units ordered of that SKU have been accounted for. So if the customer ordered 50 units, one scan of a pick label will count all 50 units as being included in the box.
- When all items have been placed in the current box, enter the Weight and press the [Close Box] button.
- If a scale is connected to your terminal, the Weight will populate automatically.
- After the shipping label(s) prints, place the label on the box, close it up, and send it out for fulfillment.
Partial Packing
When working in Bulk mode, you may encounter situations when all units for a line item cannot fit into a single box. Maybe only 25 units of Item A fit into each box so you must use two boxes to ship the 50 total units.
In this case, you can split the items into two boxes:
- Go to Warehouse > Shipment Audit.
- Scan the shipment ID (the barcode at the top of the packslip).
- Double-click on the desired line item.
- In the Quantity Entry prompt that appears, enter the number of units to go in the first box. Press the [OK] button.
- Enter the Weight and press the [Close Box] button.
- Repeat steps 2-5 until all units of all items have been accounted for.
- After the shipping label(s) prints, place the label on the box, close it up, and send it out for fulfillment.
Reprint Labels for Processed Shipments
- Go to Warehouse > Shipment Audit.
- Scan the shipment ID (the barcode at the top of the packslip).
- Under the Shipment Info pane, select the package for which you'd like to reprint the shipping label.
- Press the [Reprint] button.
