Packing Slips and Pick Labels
Packing slips and pick labels print in different formats: Standard and Pick-to-Order.
Standard
Under the Standard format, RO prints packing slips and pick labels separately.
Available Sizes (packing slips): 8.5x11
Available Sizes (pick labels): 2x1.5 or 2x1
Pick-to-Order
Under the Pick-to-Order format, RO prints packing slips with relevant picking information directly on the slip.

Bulk Ship
Under the Bulk Ship format, packing slips and a picklist will print in the format below.
Synoptic Packing Slips
You have the option to print synoptic packing slips for orders with split shipments. Typically, packing slips only list the items included on the shipment being processed. Synoptic packing slips list items on the shipment at hand as well as items on any other shipments associated with the order.
To enable this, check the box in System Config for "Packing slips list all items, including from other shipments".

Thermal Receipts
Look below to view samples of thermal receipts printed for POS orders. These two receipts actually come from the same order. The receipt on the right shows the receipt with the header and footer configured in System Config; the receipt on the left was printed without any header or footer.
