Reason codes are a great way to record more information about basic actions in your account. Use the reporting tool to report on each reason code for excellent visibility. RetailOps allows you to record the following types of reason codes:
Return: Why did the customer return this item? Enter the default return actions (restock, refund, ship) to make returns processing accurate and swift.
Discount: Record the reason for applying a discount to a customer order, such as a VIP discount or special coupon.
Inventory Adjustment: Require your team to record the reason for adjusting inventory for pinpoint inventory accuracy.
Cancel: Why is this order being canceled? Was it at the customers request, or is the item no longer available?
