Summary of Inventory History Actions & Subactions

The Lot History pane in the Inventory Search tool now offers more detailed information on inventory adjustment actions. Please read below to see what each action/subaction means. 

 

Action Subaction Definition
Add/Subtract Adjust The lot was adjusted through the Inventory Search tool.
Add/Subtract Correct The lot was automatically adjusted through the Inventory Count tool.
Add Create The lot was created manually through the PIM.
Add Import The lot was adjusted through the Data Import tool.
Move Move The lot was moved from one location into a different location.
Move Pick The lot was added to a shipment wave.
Add Receive The lot was received through the Product Receiving tool.
Add Return The lot was returned and restocked into your inventory.
Subtract Sale The lot was sold on a POS transaction.
Subtract Ship The lot has been shipped to the customer.
Subtract Void The lot has been voided.
