How do I disable External Inventory in bulk? 

Answer

In the Data Import Tool, upload a file with 3 columns- SKU, Vendor and VPC. Once uploaded, click the file to enter it. From there you will click on the VPC column to bring up the screen pictured in the screen shot below. Select the Inactivate Matched VPC option.
