Receive Products using the Quick Receive tool (RetailOps Mobile WMS)

The Quick Receive tool allows you to receive existing products more quickly than the web app's Product Receiving tool.

Please note: to use this tool, the products must already exist in your catalog, and must have a barcode such as a UPC stored.

Quick Receiving

Log into the handheld app. Go to Inventory > Quick Receive.
Either scan the PO or Piece number OR enter it manually by pressing the [Manual Entry] button.
Scan the product barcode (UPC/GTIN/EAN).
- If there are multiple products associated with the same barcode, select the correct product from the list.
To increase quantity, either:
1. Scan the barcode again. Each scan will increase the quantity by 1.
2. Tap the Quantity on the screen and type in the desired quantity.
Scan or manually enter the destination container into which you want to move the product.
Repeat steps 3-5 for all products on the same PO.
Additionally, to change the PO against which you’re receiving the product, press the [Reset] button.
