FedEx One Rate is a flat-rate shipping option that uses predefined package dimensions to ship packages anywhere in the U.S. for a fixed price. RetailOps leverages the Shipping Box Manager to track these predefined package types. FedEx One Rate is supported through Easypost and Amazon shipping accounts with the following carrier classes:
- FEDEX_GROUND
- FEDEX_2_DAY
- FEDEX_2_DAY_AM
- FEDEX_EXPRESS_SAVER
- STANDARD_OVERNIGHT
- FIRST_OVERNIGHT
- PRIORITY_OVERNIGHT
- INTERNATIONAL_ECONOMY
- INTERNATIONAL_FIRST
- INTERNATIONAL_PRIORITY
- GROUND_HOME_DELIVERY
Configuration
- In the Shipping Box Manager, create a Box for each predefined package you will use for One Rate.
- Map the matching Package Type to the One Rate box's predefined dimensions shown in the table below.
- Refer to the Shipping Box Manager Process article for additional instructions on setting up new boxes.

How to Ship with FedEx One Rate:
- Select the applicable shipment using one of your service levels configured with the above carrier classes.
- Choose the Box that fits your package dimensions. Note: the name of the box that shows in the ship audit screen is the name you assigned in the Shipping Box Manager under the "Name" column.
