Issues fixed in this release:
- Customer Service email “Shipping” cost now displays correctly
- Corrected sender address failing to print state intermittently on packing slips
- Corrected display of “tags” window in Customer Service tool
- Virtual SKUs may now go to a fulfilled status when added after channel order import
- Corrected recall of incomplete POS orders
- Retired SKUs no longer show in POS "Search for a product" search
- Corrected behavior of vendor setting "DS Allow Edit After Submit"
- General navigation/UI fixes
Known Issues:
- JIT PO Padding - This version does not presently allow users to pad JIT POs with additional products to be ordered from the vendor. Users can work around this by creating a customer service order for the same vendor, which will be added to the JIT PO automatically. We are evaluating this workflow for an update in upcoming version.
- PO Types - If a user deactivates a PO type, POs with this PO type will fail to load. Reactivate the PO type to view the PO.
- SKU Mode POs - Some fields in a SKU mode PO may be reset if entered before entering the line items, and will need to be re-entered prior to submitting the PO. These fields include "Ship to", "Start Date", "Cancel Date", and "Vendor Notes".
- System config tool error - When opening the System Config Menu, users may receive two errors stating "No such action Config.Facility.get". This error is only visual, simply close the alerts to use the tool.
