Typical RetailOps On-Boarding run from 30-90 days from kick-off to go-live. During this process, the RetailOps Professional Services Team assists you with migrating your data from your existing system, setting up business rules for shipping and order routing, and train you on the RetailOps platform.
What does RetailOps do?
Start the process by ordering your product through the Purchasing System. Your buyers can create POs quickly and easily, and email them directly to your vendors. RetailOps also has the capability for "Just in Time" and Dropship purchasing.
Once the inventory hits your dock door, your receiving team will use the Receiving tool or iOS app Quick Receiving tool to quickly and accurately receive the product into your account. Our lot tracking system will also label the product at this time to allow you to track each unit from the time you receive it to the time you ship it to your customer.
Next, our Inventory Management tools enable your team to put product away quickly using standard putaway, or "Dynamic" putaway, which does not require items to be grouped with their same product type. Using our lot tracking system, you will know where your inventory is at all times. Saving you and your pickers hours each week.. No more lost or "disappearing" units of inventory. When inventory levels change, save time with automatic inventory updates across all your sales channels- whether they're online, in-store, or on the road.
When orders are imported from your website, Amazon, Shopify, eBay, etc, they're routed directly into the RetailOps Order Management system for fulfillment. After passing through our optional Fraud Screening system, they are ready for fulfillment. Using the Shipment Wave system, your team can pack 1-10,000 orders at a time. Our automated Shipping Rules system streamlines the shipping process so your packages are getting to their destination using the most cost effective route, every time. You can set special business rules for specific states, countries, products, order totals, and more. RetailOps supports hundreds of shipping carriers.
The Reporting System will give you visibility into all of the above systems, and the health and status of your business. Work with the prebuilt system reports, or create your own custom report in just a few minutes. Use low inventory reports and historic sales data to make informed purchasing decisions quickly and easily.The RetailOps Dashboard gives you a customizable view into your daily sales, fulfillment, order statuses, and more.
