RetailOps 2.7.1 Release Notes

RetailOps 2.7.1 is available now! To upgrade your account to 2.7.1, navigate to Administration > System Config > Application Version. Select [Test Version] to preview this version in your browser only, and [Upgrade Account] to upgrade your account for all users.

New Features

Customer Service

• Order Consolidation Prevention - Order consolidation is a great feature that can help you cut down on shipping cost when customers place multiple orders for the same shipping address. Some channels, such as Amazon, discourage order consolidation. In 2.7.1, you can select specific Ship Service Levels to allow or disallow order consolidation. •  Manual Shipment Routing Support - On occasion, it may be beneficial to manually determine what facility or vendor order items are fulfilled from. Perhaps a customer has specifically requested an item be fulfilled from a nearby facility, or there is a unique situation that cannot be accounted for in Cost Based routing. • Product Search and Customer Service Search - Inactive SKUs and inactive customer orders are now hidden from these search tools by default. To show inactive SKUs or orders, simply select the "Advanced" option in Customer Service or Product search to show inactive SKUs and inactive orders.

Issues fixed in this release 

• For some users, the PO tool would auto-scroll back to the top of the page after editing a cell at the bottom of the page- this has been corrected.

• The Point of Sale "Search for Products" window was incorrectly failing to display some items until "Show out of stock" button was selected. This has been corrected.

• RetailOps is now able to set Magento attributes at the Store Level. 

• In the Point of Sale tool, order level discounts were not discounting the tax amount as well, this has been corrected. Discounts will be applied to all order items and the order tax.
