How to Install the Certificate on iOS Devices

Please follow the instructions in this article for each device that needs to use the Legacy app. This setup must be completed before 9/24/25; otherwise, the legacy app will no longer function on iOS devices. 

Devices that are on iOS 15.8.5 have had the most successful results; some older iOS devices may still fail even after the installation is completed. 
 

Download the certificate

• Open Safari on your device and navigate to this article. General > Reference> How to Install the Certificate on iPod Touch (iOS 15.8.5). 

• Tap the download link for the certificate file at the bottom of the article.

• When asked, tap Allow.

Install the certificate

• Open Settings → General → VPN & Device Management.

• Under “Downloaded Profile,” tap the new profile.

• Tap Install in the top right.

• Enter the passcode if asked, then tap Install again to confirm.

Trust the certificate

• Go to Settings → General → About.

• Scroll to the bottom and tap Certificate Trust Settings.

• Find our certificate in the list.

• Turn the switch ON and confirm.

Verify

• Open the Warehouse App and sign in.

• If it loads without errors, the setup is complete.
