Customer Loyalty Program
We have been looking to introduce a customer loyalty scheme for some time. We have never had one in thepast, but believe that it could hold a number of benefits in customer recruitment, retention and lifetime value.
We want the system to be robust and available to our Retail store customers as well as to our e-commerce and mail order customers. Because of this, we believe the best place for this system to be administered is within the RO environment ( rather than just in the e-commerce platform for example).
I have no preference for a RO native system, or an integration of a third party system. We have no technical specification beyond what is outlined above, and believe that anything being designed should be as open as possible to suit the various nuances and whims of the different creative ideas that everyone's marketing people come up with.
I am writing here to see if there is any interest from any other RO customers in this concept, and if there is perhaps we could flesh out some of the use cases and preferences to give RO a feel for what is required?
