Detailed Order Audit Trail
Currently, there is very little visibility about changes to orders. You can see if an entire line item is removed from an order (but not who was responsible or when it occurred), but you can't see if the quantity of a line item was changed, or if an item was added without comparing the order to the original channel order (if there is one).
I would like to see a fully detailed audit trail of every change that is made to items on an order, who made the change and the timestamp that the change occurred.
This would be extremely helpful for customer service issues, and would eliminate us having to enforce CSRs adding comments to orders.
