Does anyone know how how to block specific agents from editing the PIM (i.e. editing the MPN, inactivating SKUs, changing product titles..etc.)? 

This is an recurring issue with new employees. Please advise.

  HI September,

  Have you tired - Config > Users > Access control and taking away the product.edit permission from relevant users? 

  We have found this to be helpful in the past.

  Yes, we just started using it 2 weeks ago. Works well for the most part but are having the issues below. 

  1. mobile POS not working with infinite peripherals barcode reader
  2. return submit fail today 
  3. reporting tool broken in some way every few days - not reporting sales, throwing strange error messages and not loading
  4. DC tax didn't calculate on orders for past 2 days
  5. Addressee in POS tool not showing up so the shipping addresses for customer doesn't have a customer name associated with the shipping address. Will be an issue for gifting season.

  Thanks for the heads up on these - I will let you know how we get on!  

  Do have more than one store?   We are trying to figure out how to differentiate between transactions for different stores in the reporting tool?
