POS Tool Addressee Field
Hi there,
Has anyone been using the POS tool for "Ship" orders in addition to "Instore?"
Right now, when we fill in customer data in using the POS tool, the Addressee line does not save and the shipping address shows up on the Order Detail page with no customer name (addressee or customer name line is blank). It just starts with the House # and Street Name. We had numerous packages returned to sender for this reason.
Has anyone found a solution for this?
