Feature request: Add / delete items once a PO has been submitted ($1,500)

Currently, once a PO is submitted, you can't add/delete items from that PO. Seems like that should be a straight forward and useful feature. My team has been asking for it.

ROPs is quote us $1,500 with a time frame of 5 weeks. Anybody interested in co-sponsoring?
