To use the RetailOps platform, your computer must be able to run the Google Chrome web browser (version 72.0 or newer).
To use RetailOps Connect for hardware, your computer must meet these requirements:
- Operating system:
- Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 (SP1) and newer.
- Windows 10
- RAM/Memory: at least 1 GB
To use either mobile apps for handheld consoles, ensure you have the following supported devices:
RetailOps Mobile WMS:
- Android 10 and up
- IOS 15 and up
Legacy App:
- iPod Touch (6th Generation and newer)
- iPhone 6 and newer
Note: Due to older IOS devices no longer recieving security updates from Apple, you may run into connection issues with the Apps. Please see article [How to Install the Certificate on iOS Devices] for a potenial workaround to extend the life of those devices.
