Minimum System Requirements

To use the RetailOps platform, your computer must be able to run the Google Chrome web browser (version 72.0 or newer).

To use RetailOps Connect for hardware, your computer must meet these requirements:

• Operating system:
  
  • Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 (SP1) and newer.
  • Windows 10
• RAM/Memory: at least 1 GB

To use either mobile apps for handheld consoles, ensure you have the following supported devices:

RetailOps Mobile WMS:

• Android 10 and up 
• IOS 15 and up 

Legacy App:

• iPod Touch (6^th Generation and newer)
• iPhone 6 and newer
