Add Sales Channels

1. Go to Administration > System Config. Click to expand the Channels pane.

2. Press the [Add Channel] toggle. In the pop-up window, select the channel type and press the [Add Channel] button.

3. Enter the channel’s Name.

4. For Cancel Days, set the maximum number of days to allow for fulfillment before orders are cancelled.

5. Check the Auto Cancel box to automatically cancel orders if they have not been fulfilled by the Cancel Days. If not checked, RetailOps will send a system alert for you to manually cancel these orders when they’ve reached their max Cancel Days.

6. Enter the DBA Name (Display Business As). This appears on the packslip.

7. Select the desired Packslip:

   • domestic. The default packslip if no others are specified.

   • portrait. This packslip prints in Portrait orientation, rather than the default Landscape orientation.

   • portrait_noprices. This packslip prints in Portrait orientation and hides the prices of items.

   • standard_mpn. This packslip displays the items' MPNs.

   • standard_mpn_noprices. This packslip displays the items' MPNs but hides the prices of items.

   • standard_nobrand. This packslip hides the brands of items.

   • standard_noprices. This packslip hides the prices of items.

   • standard_noprices_nobrand. This packslip hides the brands and prices of items.

8. Select the desired Dropship Packslip:

   • domestic. The default packslip if no others are specified.

   • standard_novpc. This packslip hides the VPC.

9. Drag and drop a Logo image for the channel. This logo will display on the packslip.

If you are creating a new Channel Advisor channel or a new Magento channel, you will need to take additional steps to set up the channel properly.
