Set Up RetailOps Mobile WMS on Handheld Consoles

Generate a New Auth Code

1. In RetailOps, go to Administration > System Config > Manage Terminals.
2. Press the [Registar Terminal] button.
3. Enter a descriptive name.
4. Set the Type to console.
5. Set the Facility where the device will be used.
6. Make note of the Auth code

Install the RetailOps WMS App and Log In

1. On the handheld console, download the RetailOps app from the Play Store or the Apple Store and install it.
2. Open the app. Enter valid user credentials as well as an auth code. Press the [Login] button.

Configure mobile device printers and location.

Once your device is authorized and signed in, you will need to configure the printers you will print from and the Facility/ Zone you are working in.

Configure Printer

1. Select Settings
2. Printers
3. Tap on the printer size you'd like to configure
4. Select the desired device from the provided list

Configure Facility 

1. Select setting
2. Location
3. Tap on the Facility and specific zone you are working in.

*Note: only facilities with configured Zones will appear on the list.
