The Print Labels tool allows you to reprint lot labels in new formats on demand. This can be very useful for markdowns in a Point of Sale store, relabeling product when moving it from your warehouse to your store, and more.
To locate the Print Labels tool, navigate to the Main Menu > Warehouse > Print Labels. (Keyboard Shortcut - GLL).
Print Labels
1. Select the label template you'd like to print:
A. Inventory - with price: Standard lot label template with the product or SKU "Offer" price shown
B. Inventory - no price: Standard lot label
C. Display - with price - Often used on clothing hooks or shelves (Contains optional channel DBA name, gudTECH in this example)
D. Display - no price - Often used on clothing hooks or shelves
2. Select a channel: Selecting a channel will print the optional channel DBA name on your labels. In the example above, "güdTECH" is listed as the DBA name for the selected channel. To configure a DBA name for your channel, open System Config > Channel > Select a channel > DBA name. Otherwise, select "Customer Service".
3. Select [Scan] or [Search] mode.
Search Mode

After selecting your label template and channel as described above, use the search bar to locate your desired items. You can search for a specific lot, SKU, attribute, even an entire container.

Select [Print] to print the desired labels. One label will print for each SKU listed.

Scan Mode
Optional: Select "Print immediately after scan" to print the label immediately instead of using the [Print] button each time.

After selecting your label template and channel as described above, scan a lot label to locate it within the tool.

Enter the quantity of labels you would like to print.

(You will be limited to the maximum number of the items received. For example, if you originally received 5 units, you will not be able to print 10 labels)

Select [Print] or [Clear All Jobs] to clear the print queue.
Known Issue: The Information tab suggests that concatenated searching is allowed, however this functionality does not work at the moment, engineering has a case to fix
