There are several different ways to reprint lot labels using RetailOps. If you'd like to reprint batches of labels, check out the Print Labels tool. If you'd like to reprint a single lot label, or labels for a single SKU, read on. Quick tip, make sure you have a label printer mapped to your terminal first!
Reprinting lot labels from the PIM
- Open the Product Information Manager (PIM) by going to the Main Menu > Product > Product Search.
- Locate your desired SKU/product, and click to open.
- Select the SKU, and select [Inv Lots] from the bottom menu bar.
- Select a lot, and select [Reprint]. Enter the quantity of labels you would like to reprint, and select [Reprint]. (You will only be able to reprint as many units as you have on hand for that lot)
Please remember- this function is not intended to increment inventory, correct receiving mistakes, etc. Reprinting of labels should only be performed when you are certain of physical/logical inventory accuracy, and are replacing labels which are damaged or lost.
