    Yes, This is also happening in our instance.

    Alisdair, have you opened a case with support as well? Any progress in getting some kind of solution?

    This certainly makes our CSRs job unnecessarily confusing.

    Yes we did, they put us on a pre release version update which allow us to add a ship method and "push" the orders so at least they go to fulfilled.  I have not heard any more back on a "Proper" resolution since 28th August when this workaround was suggested,
