Our team reported an average of 6 seconds today for the labels that we processed after you posted this. We ship USPS and UPS via iAbol.

Our team reports approximately the same, sometimes longer than 6 seconds.  We also go through iAbol.

Thanks guys. That was what I was afraid of, we are looking to find a way to get 5 orders a minute out the door.

    Current Ideas:

    1. Remove the scale from the process.

    2. Auto-Close of the Box if all units have been validated.

Anyone have thoughts, or interest in seeing those become features?

Do you use the barcode to close box during ship audit?  We found that useful in saving a second or two.

We do use the barcode, the delay seems to be the same in the communication time from box close command to label printing.

I plan to test the actual connections next week, maybe even the machines, but I suspect it is software driven in the delay.
