Is anyone having issues with Reporting data not being accurate?

    Hi Matt

     

    Is your data inaccurate or just delayed more than normal?   Ours is certainly delayed, but I cannot spot any identifiable inaccuracy.  Is there a specific table that you think is affected?

    When we ran our receiving report for yesterday at 9 am this morning it is only showing about half of what we actually received.  This would be outside what we expect for the typical reporting delay.

    I have reviewed our receiving report for yesterday and it seems to be accurate and complete, but our working day ends at 9am PDT ( we are in GMT)

    Just responding to let you know that our reporting for yesterday now appears to be accurate.  I filed a ticket with ROP this morning on the issue so I assume they fixed, but they didn't respond letting me know what was the issue.

    Wondering if anyone is having this issue with their reporting system again?  Our issue started sometime late Tuesday/early Wednesday and it still isn't fixed.

    Nothing noticeable at this end. Is the data delayed or just wrong?   Which tables are affected?

    Hi Alisdair,  I thought I responded, but don't see my comment in this thread.  Our data is just missing and/or inaccurate, doesn't matter which data source we try to use.  ROP is trying to fix, but it has been several days without resolution.
