Hello Jason! You're spot on, please submit a ticket to bring higher visibility to issues so I can get them over to my Ops team. We will be monitoring and modifying the Reporting System infrastructure soon, stay tuned!

Submit a ticket and it will be fixed. Their indexing for reporting is super weak, and it seems like a job fails frequently that prevents it from being updated (either that or someone is actually personally responsible for manually triggering a refresh).

Our data is never updated every three hours like it is supposed to be though. I submitted a feature request asking for a timestamp to be displayed on the report so we know how old the data is.

Either that or fix the engine so this data is real time...

Ok, thanks. I'll submit another ticket. I feel like we have to submit tickets everyday so just wanted to make sure we weren't the only ones.

    Another question re: reporting....

Does anyone know how to structure a report so we can see the original quantity received, units sold until qty = o, re-order PO received, qty sold after that...etc.

We want to track days to sell out and our re-orders over a season. Right now, it's just pulling Total Units sold each time. I can't figure out how to setup the time frame correctly so it will only show me units sold AFTER a particular PO has been received.

We use a 3PL, so we have to base it off External lots received.

If data is stale for you it's stale for everyone else (in my experience), so submitting a ticket benefits everyone.

I don't think you're going to be able to get visibility of the data you're looking for from the reporting tool. The issue is that you have to use absolute ("2016-10-15") or relative ( {30 days ago} ) dates, and you don't know what those dates are. You could create a report that pulls the external QOH for every day ( { 1 day ago}, { 2 days ago}, {3 days ago}, {4 days ago}, etc.), but that would be a MASSIVE amount of data and I'm not sure how the reporting tool would handle that.

What you're asking for is really better served by something like Lokad (read more here: http://help.retailops.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/206767843-Lokad-Integration-).
